HOW TO ORDER
- Write down the item number(s) and total price.
USA shipping, $5.00 First Class Mail or $25.00 UPS 2nd Day
Air.
Overseas shipping, US$10.00 Airmail or US$25.00 Global Express
Mail.
No additional shipping fee for shipping more items in the same package!
- Payment Options: credit card, payment via PayPal, e-check, money
order, personal check.
- Credit Card. I accept all major credit cards. To process
your credit card order, I need the card number, the 3-digit verification
number (it is located on the reverse side of your card after the
card number), the expiration date, your name on the card, your billing
and mailing address and your phone number. If you wish to order
by phone, my phone number is (808) 990-7738. If you get
my voice mail, please leave your name and phone number and I'll
return your call promptly. Or You may order by credit card via
Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.
- Payment via PayPal. If you wish to send payment via Paypal, charge
to your credit card or pay by e-check, please click on the PayPal
logo to submit payment.

of payment. Personal checks or e-check, please allow about 7 banking
days for check to clear.
Customers living outside the United States or Canada: Credit
Card, Payment via Paypal, E-check via Paypal, Bank Draft. No personal
check please. Payment must please be in U.S. dollars. I will send
the item(s) to you by Airmail (US$10.00) or Express Mail (US$25.00)
through the post office.
- Layaway
1st payment - 1/3 price (pay to hold the item).
2nd payment - 1/3 price (pay in 30 days).
3rd payment - 1/3 price (pay in 60 days).
If the balance is overdue, the item will be relisted. If you cancel
the purchase before the final payment, the payment(s) you made are
non-refundable. The item will be sent to you upon receiving the
final payment.
