Designer: MARKED Hobe with the long "H" and long "b" on oval plate. Hobe has been in business since the late 1800s, rich in jewelry history and it seems to be a family tradition. The jewelry items they created in the early years were of museum quality even though they were Costume jewelry. They were considered good enough for queens. Hobe quit manufacturing jewelry sometime in 1992.

Three rows of graduating smooth, silky, lustrous white faux pearls adorned by Aurora Borealis rhinestone rondells, large multi-colored watermelon lucite stones and barrel-shaped rugged lucite beads are all strung by wire into a gorgeous coil bracelet. The multi-colored watermelon lucite stones and Aurora Borealis rhinestone rondells sparkle in an array of rainbow colors, and contrast strickingly against the lustrous white faux pearls. There are more lustrous faux pearls and Aurora Borealis faceted crystal balls dangling at the back on each side. The matching clip earrings are just as beautiful. The largest faux pearls measure 1/2" and the chunky watermelon lucite stones measure 1/2" x 1/2". Excellent condition. This antique jewelry set is so pretty and delightful. The top of the dangle brooch has a heart-shaped stone and a large retangular clear stone setting East West with delightful luxuriant pink faux pearls dangling from it. It comes with a pair of retangular shape matching earrings for pierced ears.The heart-shaped stone measures 1/2" x 5/8" and the large retangular stone measures 1" x 3/4". The earrings measure 3/4" x 1/2". All the stones are prong set into tall open backing. Excellent condition. US$68.00. SOLD.
