The multi-strands are strung with shimmering brown, gold and jet black small beads throwing off a lot of glitters. The beautiful tassel is almost 4" in length! Designer: Marked WEISS on all three pieces. Albert Weiss is one of the world renowned designers of the 40's and 50's known for the top quality of his costume jewelry, on the par with Eisenberg, Boucher and other great designers of that era.

This fabulous Weiss white milk glass jewelry set is in pristine condition. It looks like it has never been worn. The gold tone is bright and shiny and the gorgeous smooth lustrous milk glass is a glossy shiny white. Absolutely no flaw whatsoever. The white and gold contrasting each other beautifully. This jewelry set is extremely well-made and definitely living up to the Weiss name and more. No doubt a high-end designer piece. I love the baguette shaped white milk glass stones lining up so neatly. The glass stones of the center piece are prong set with slightly larger gold tone prongs to underline the significance of the stones. The center drop (1 1/2") is done in large baguette stones (almost 1/2"), round stones (3/8") and marquise shaped glass stones (1/2"). The entire center piece measures 5" wide. Both sides of the center piece are tiles and tiles of white glass stones designed in a geometrical fashion with beautiful curvy Florentine gold tone shells further highlighting the piece. The matching Weiss earrings feature smooth glossy white milk glass marquise cabachons, round stones and 3 gold tone leaves arranged into a floral dome. The teal blue molded rosebud glass stones are frosty and translucent with glittering light shining through. Each rosebud is accented by 3 embossed silver tone leaves and a sparkling round blue Aurora Borealis rhinestone stone. The tip of the rosebud is layered over a smooth, glossy black teardrop shaped glass stone with round blue crystal rhinestones skirting it. This gorgeous design is repeated continuously three times forming a band of teal blue and silvery glitters. The teal blue glass rose buds are claw pronged in high setting. Designer: Marked © Hobe with the long "H" and long "b". Hobe has been in business since the late 1800s, rich in jewelry history and it seems to be a family tradition. The jewelry items they created in the early years were of museum quality even though they were Costume jewelry. They were considered good enough for queens. Hobe quit manufacturing jewelry sometime in 1992.

This Hobe jewelry set is ravishingly beautiful and regal. The magnificent center spread is 7" wide with faceted Aurora Borealis crystal beads of teal and sapphire blue dangling from sparkling teal blue givre rhinestones. For those who are not familiar with givre stones, they are crystal rhinestones or beads that have color patterns infused in them. The teal blue crystal beads are infused with white giving them a very interesting flair. The center drop is a dome of teal and sapphire blue crystal beads cradled in petals. It is highlighted by a large oval shaped carnival blue glass stone set in large craw prongs to accentuate its importance. The carvinal glass stone is carved with ocean-wave patterns and glitters with glorious teal, green and purple! Framing this fantastic cluster of gems are sparkling teal blue round and marquise givre stones from which more faceted teal and sapphire blue crystal beads are hanging down. The gorgeous jeweled dome measures 2"x2" and is almost an inch tall. The matching clip earrings are adorned by faceted blue crystal beads in petals and large crawl pronged carnival blue opal glass stones. All prong set on bright gold tone metal. The matching clip on earrings shaping like the wings of butterfly have citrine colored opal cut rhinestones framing one side and a thick foldover ribbon. The earrings are also accented by clear round and green rhinestones. Good condition. The clear round crystal rhinestones sparkle brightly. Each round stone measures 1/4" giving this beautiful necklace a hefty substantial look. The center piece of the necklace (2" wide) features 3 dazzling teardrop shaped clear crystal rhinestones and two rows of glittering round rhinestones. The teardrop stones adorn the center piece with one on each side and one in the middle. The two row clear rhinestone bracelet has a circular center piece (1 1/4" x 1 3/8"). It has sparkling round rhinestones with two teardrop shaped glittering crystal rhinestones atop. The pear shaped clip on earrings have a glitzy clear teardrop crystal rhinestone in the center surround by three rows of sparkling rounds. The largest teardrop stones measure almost 1/2".
