Designer: Signed KRAMER. Kramer or Kramer of New York was a leader in making fine costume jewelry. They first used the mark around 1943, and produced jewelry using the best quality rhinestones available.

Ice clear crystal designer vintage earrings by Kramer! Center is a large faceted ice clear crystal bead (almost 1/2") surrounded by smaller ice clear crystal beads (almost 3/8" each) strung in silver wire to form a pretty flower design. The beaded flower is held securely by six large prongs extended from the ultra shiny high-polish backing. The beads are so clear and sparkly that it is like wearing two ice flowers on the earlobes! Typical of Kramer jewelry, these earrings are extremely well made and the high-quality materials used in the earrings are obvious. Clip backs. In a rare mint condition.
