Designer: Signed © KRAMER. Kramer or Kramer of New York was a leader in making fine costume jewelry. They first used the mark around 1943, and produced jewelry using the best quality rhinestones available.
Beautiful Kramer three-strand Vintage Estate Antique Necklace! The beautiful frosty sky blue
glass stones are shaped like small flowers. They are strung together in a stackable
manner and are further adorned by nuggets of lustrous mother of pearl seashell-like
