This exquisite early unsigned Miriam Haskell has a double layered gold gilt filigree base that shapes like a basket. It is filled with hand wired lustrous glass beads surrounded by hand prong set fuschia paste stones that still sparkles so brilliantly after all these years! To those who are not familiar with paste stones, they are brilliant cut glass stones to look like real gem stones. This beautiful Miriam Haskell brooch is in a rare excellent vintage condition. All the beads and stones are still wired securely, nothing is lose and will give you many decades of enjoyment. A rare treasure to own and to pass onto future generations.
