Designer: Signed KRAMER. Kramer or Kramer of New York was a leader in making fine costume jewelry. They first used the mark around 1943, and produced jewelry using the best quality rhinestones available.

Hanging alluringly from a sparkling, rhinestone framed teardrop is a dangle design of glitzy rhinestone circles which swings and shimmers at any movement.
