Sparkling graduating clear crystal rhinestone soft strands cascading like a shimmering waterfall. The beautifully contoured top portion is rigid to eccentuate a radiant spraying effect. It also has four dangly clear glitzy crystals at the top edge for more alluring movement. The glistening crystals are pronged in a silvertone finish. Post backs for pierced ears.
